Everyone, i don't know how they got these high reviews, but it's a scam do not use this! There are so many hidden fees that you don't find out about. Until you start seeing several charges unbeknownst to you. I am warning you right now. Do not use this service. You will be very disappointed and when you ask for your money back, they will have already renewed your subscription 10 times and they don't refund. Renewals is a scam to get money from you. Do not do it. They have no support number to call and speak to a human. And they say the same, they're sorry, they can't refund your money. They're sorry they can't cancel at this time. They're sorry, they're sorry. They're sorry. They're not sorry, they're trying to get your money. They're happy because they got.I'm going to look into getting an attorney to look into this. It says date of incident. There's several dates. I'm only going to put one date. Just know you're being warned not to use this service. Because they will take your money. First of all i paid for something that i didn’t know..on an accident which i’ll admit; my fault. Second i signed up for $26 membership, but once i found out my accidental add on payment without any warning to back out on apple pay..turned out to be non-refundable i ended up just cancelling the whole thing.. and found out that the chat AI pretty much turns my own questions into an explanations and repeats it back to me with some bogus answers that are not really getting me anywhere. It’s not worth it. Moving on👍

This is a mental health app? That charges you unknowingly and then states, "sorry we dont offer refunds." Come ON! DO BETTER

Further to the reply from COPYMIND please note once you sign up for this app and they take the money you will not receive a penny back. Additionally, when I cancelled I WAS offered a deal at less than half the annual subscription to stay. This was not a future offer as suggested by COPMIND but an offer to stay and save more than half the fee, simply because I cancelled. Also Customer support are not there to support you or sorry for any inconvenience etc as they say. The majority of responses I received were AI generated and therefore artificial and lack any real sincerity. Beware when signing up for this app. I signed up for 4 weeks initially on a trial period. The subscription payment then renewed today at €59. It ends on 2nd March 2026. When I went to cancel it it has renewed for a year-argh. At 270 euros. I emailed support straight away, and they have not been helpful at all. Despite taking two payments now they are offering me no refund and referring me to their terms and conditions. I have cancelled within the current billing period as per their conditions and I asked for a refund of the annual payment as this won’t begin until 2nd March 2026 but they are not listening. I think anyone be very careful with this subscription and it’s customer support who just don’t care about the customer. Additionally when I went to cancel it offered the annual subscription for less than half the annual fee I have now been charged. What a mess. ## Further to your reply -as I have stated that I did NOT want this subscription and again you have stated you will not refund me. If this is not something I want and I am paying and I ask for it be cancelled then surely that’s what you should do. I cancelled this and emailed immediately and you are saying I cannot get a refund on a product. From what you are saying your terms are unfair and are weighted against the customer. Additionally, why did the price drop down to €109 when I cancelled? Are these fair and reasonable business practices? I think not. I do not think you are at all sorry and playing on words in the terms to retain fees. The period for cancellation would end 24hrs before the 2nd March 2026. Because you changed this you are actively invalidating this cancellation period for the customer. It was a previous contract, that I paid for in full and should be fulfilled for the 4 weeks. This would allow cancellation of the annual subscription and a refund. This 4 week contract predates the annual subscription. Please beware of buying from this APP. They bend the wording to suit the terms and do not care about the customer, and only care about retaining the fees.

PROCEED WITH CAUTION. I was interested in the service and began the sign up process. During setup, they advertised "Additional Readings" with some topics and brief descriptions. When I selected the pop-up, to find out more as there was nothing else showing on my phone screen, it moved me over to the additional readings page where it disclosed the price of $49.99 and that it had been charged to my account. At best it was a user error or an accident. But it feels more like intentional false advertising, user manipulation and bad faith practices. I immediately moved to cancel this and request a refund. Which is still being denied and I have been fighting with PayPal and CopyMind Support for the last 30+ days. The advertised "money-back guarantee" does not apply to the $50 charge at all and only applies to any recurring charges due to company policy. Company policy is extremely strict on refunds because the "guarantee" only applies to recurring charges and only if you actively used the service.

I was initially intrigued by this app so started a US$19 trial, unbeknown to me there was another $49 add on added to my first months bill which I didnt approve and still actually dont know what it is or how to access it, I reached out to let them know i wanted to cancel... long story short I then got charged for the next month at $39. so altogether paid over US$100 for an app i tried for 5 days. If my AI twin knew me at all she would be furious for me and do something about it.

This website is advertised on Google but I never installed the app and didn't even answer ANY questions. In fact, I had no idea who the hell they were until I was charged a huge amount of $59.99. I attempted to explain by email that I NEVER added their app and dont even know who they were. They have now charged me three times. This is a charge of 59.99 weekly!! When I emailed the website, they told me I needed to go to their website to cancel the subscription but I sent back another email repeatedly telling them how I never downloaded their app in the first place and wasn't about to give them any more of my information because clearly, somehow, they got it already and none of the charges they continue to take from me are authorized by me or anyone else. This is absurd. They repeatedly told me how sorry they were and how they understood my request but that I still needed to go to their website to cancel. I NEVEE SUNMSCRIBED AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK. ALL OF IT. I READ OVER THE REVIEWS AND IM NOT THE ONLY PERSON THEYVE DONE THIS TO. I am a disabled American Veteran. I tried CopyMind AI with the hopes of it helping me with my PTSD. I enjoyed using it, but was reluctant to continue using it after my first month because the cost of the renewal is $59.99. I totally forgot to cancel my subscription. When they charged my bankcard the $59.99, I immediately requested a refund. They wouldn't give me a refund due to their policy. I explained to them my financial limitations because I live on disability. They refused to give me a refund. American Capitalism at its finest!
