When the trial purchase is made, the subscription is set to renew automatically unless it’s canceled before the end of the trial period. We also send an email after signup that explains the subscription terms and how to manage or cancel it at any time to avoid future charges. Please know that we never deny a user who is eligible for a refund, and even in cases where the policy may not technically apply, we still do our best to find a fair solution. Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear that COPYMIND wasn’t the right fit for you. We did want to help resolve the situation and process your refund. However, once a PayPal dispute is opened, the payment becomes locked on our side and we’re technically unable to issue a refund directly. At that point, the case has to be handled through PayPal’s resolution process. Our intention was to resolve this amicably and support you with the refund request, but now the outcome will be determined through PayPal’s review. We’ll of course cooperate fully with them to help bring the matter to a resolution. We’re sorry again that the experience didn’t meet your expectations and wish you the best moving forward.

Regarding support — while we do use AI tools to help us respond faster, every request is reviewed and handled by real members of our team. There are always humans behind the process, and your case was no exception. On our end, the cancellation and account deletion features are functioning correctly, and we also followed up to confirm the completion of your deletion request. As shared via email, your subscription was still active at the time of renewal and had not been canceled, which is why the charge occurred. We’re unable to bill for a canceled subscription. The amount mentioned in your review also does not match any charges related to your account, as we explained in our message.
