Water tastes better! I use it EVERY day!

The pitcher has a very thin handle and is off balance with such a heavy large protruding spout. Needs 2 hands to pour. Very bad design for weight of water. Company would not return product...horrible customer service. updated review: management reached out and resolved the issue.

Love my bottle but the cap was spotted on the underside and did not look like the rest of the bottle.

The copper water bottle is making a difference in my health and my family's health as well. It's just getting used to it when the black spots starts to show. We follow the directions on how to clean it. Health benefits matters and I grew up with copper glasses and pitcher once grandmother passed...it went away. So thank you for manufacturing and standing by your products.

The vessel retains the temperature for several hours. Water tastes great. The top can sometimes be a little difficult to screw into the bottle.

Love it! It’s beautiful and I love drinking my water from it.
