Hi Richard, I’m sorry to hear you didn’t receive a phone call last week, you should be called weekly at your agreed upon time with your nurse. We do ask to give our nurses a few minute grace period, as they have lots of patients to speak to and calls sometimes take longer than expected. We want to make sure you are called at a time that works best for you, so please let your nurse know what time works best for you.
