My nurse is fabulous. Equipment not 100% reliable. Overall excellent!

My nurse Tiffany is a doll. She answers my questions and sends educational articles for me to read.

Taylor is very thorough and knowledgeable. She explains my questions and if I don't understand them she continues to talk to me until I do understand them.

Still waiting for someone to tell me where to send all my supplies back. I am not doing this anymore since I do not have fluctuations in my sugar or blood pressure.

More time needed, before a grade given! So far....we are getting used to each other!

I've been with Copilot for awhile now. The first person I had was great but suddenly she was replaced. My second person wasn't has good. There were times when we wouldn't speak yet she would file a report. Now with the new glucose meter I got Lindsey. She is great. Keeps the appointments and gives me good tips. She gives me the encouragement I need to keep progressing in lowering my blood sugar levels.
