4/25/2026-Positive: I had one nurse that was excellent. She listened to my concerns about my diabetes and longstanding high blood pressure readings. It's been difficult managing both and she always encouraged me, made sure I was using each device(blood pressure cup and meter but suddenly there was a change in nurses. No reason given but Gina seemed almost as good for a few weeks. Then I started noticing she was cutting me off, our "visits" began 5 minutes or less! She was regularly calling me on Fridays between 11:30-12:00. on 4/24/2026 she called at 11:30a.m asked the usual three questions, name, date of birth and state. She proceeded to read my my blood sugaraverages as usual, now when it came to my blood pressure reads * which were high that week, she stated no readings had come through system for the week. I thought that odd she stated the meter may have needed resetting and instructed me on how to reset and it reset( not knowing all my readings for the week had been erased!) Because of of illness my pressure always ran high and my physician wanted two week reading which the last week day was 4/23.I went to go check and the last 7 dayss were missing. While I can't relate certain circumstances, my blood readings for last week were important and this woman intentionally told me to reset because no readings had been received. I no longer trust her because those readings would determine certain tests and medications my doctor was to review.AND SHE KNEW THIS. Secondly , the billing is strange, I kept getting bills for @0,00 when I called billing they stated I had been eliigble for to have $20 waived, yet I kept getting bills and Aetna notified me of it. Now I own thousands of dollors since 2024!

This is a classic “bait and switch” operation. I signed up after being assured that there would not be any cost to me. Then I received a bill. I will not recommend this service to anyone.

I waited one half for a nurse to answer, never did. Tried several times waited on hold forever, no nurse picked up. This service is not for me.

First of all the glucose meter does not connect to the cellphone tower. The meter has no WiFi capabilities. Second of all my meter showed 135 on test but lab score was 116 an hour later. In addition I am not available in Tuesdays when they call dispite telling them numerous time to please change my appointment. Overall this service is not necessary for me.

I had a call from a nurse last week. The supposed nurse was not very knowledgeable about diabetic issues, kept calling me “girl”. I am not a child and did not appreciate being so trendy flip. I expect professionalism in my diabetes care

Update: nurse was supposed to call me today at 4:45. I got an email saying it was scheduled for today at 4:45. Never happened. I don't think it ever will happen. If it ever does then I will leave a 5 star rating and share on Facebook. If it never happens well then of course I won't share. Or if I do I will simply be honest about my experience. That I do love the meter but once I run out of strips I've no idea how I will reorder them and that the calls from a nurse are non existent. So then I wonder... Is this some kind of scam? I received my supplies right on time. I love the meter and the nurse that called me to help me set it up was great, kind and very helpful. An appointment was made for a nurse to call me weekly every Friday morning between 9:00-10:00 am. I have been in the program since the week before Labor Day and have never recieved anymore calls from any nurse at all. I really don’t understand why. I thought that was part of the program. I am quite discouraged at the lack of encouragement and wonder if the program is honestly what it claims to be or am I wasting my time. I do check my glucose every morning before breakfast as I was told to do but there is never any feedback and questions I have go unanswered. Will my nurse ever call me??

I started a few months ago . I was told my health plan would be excepted . I spoke a nurse who ask questions about my health history great . Then I was assigned to RN . She told my equipment will be mailed to me . I called back to customers service to cancel me because I am not sure I am covered for this service. Meanwhile I called my health insurance company to verify I was covered I was told one the doctors is in my in network with my plan. I got call from nurse asking me did I cancel my membership with them . I explained the confusion about not knowing how I was covered nurse told me she had check on my information is still in the system She would call me back in a few days. I didn’t receive a call so I called be asked for nurse I was speaking RN she told me worked side by side with nurse I told her about my problems. Nurse said she would be my nurse to monitor my readings etc. I received several calls on Friday from Nurse Two months later I had not received a call 2 Friday in a roll I called Nurse I left a message and text a message about this matter. I received a call back from Nurse she told me my membership from state is in question will they license to give service to my state anymore. I was told to wait a week to what the decision will be made. I could still get the supplies sent me paid by my insurance but no support calls can made at this time . I cancel my membership because I didn’t feel I was told in a informal way about a change might come about. I feel that is poor business communication with patient and Nurse relationship

Not calling at scheduled times. Not calling at all. Changing scheduled times without consulting. Meter that reads 30 pts off
