I would have given a much higher review if this was given to me over a month ago. I have NOT spoken to my nurse in over a month or more because she kept scheduling the call on Mon when I am at dog training. I tried to call her several times and left messages but she kept scheduling me for the same time. I got another nurse whom scheduled me this past Fri but did not show up or call me! I had to call and finally spoke to someone.

Blood glucose monitor & helpful interactions with the nurse. However, had a total failure with the company doing the blood pressure cuff. They should be replaced with a more reliable group. Total waste. This also an area of standard interest by my general practitioner.

Every time I check on the explanation of benefit provided by United, I see that you are charging for my visit to your offices, which is not right. Also, during that visit, it looks like I have seen a doctor when in fact, I only had a phone call with a nurse. Finally, from the reports I read issued by the nurse, there are some facts that aren't right or have been misinterpreted.

I’ve only talked to a nurse once. My first appointment for a call I held my phone for two hours and received no call. I asked originally if I could have appointments for the calls since I live in a very rural area and my phone doesn’t always ring. I have taken my BP and it was 171/101and you would think someone would check but I have only talked to a nurse once and she was very nice. Been using this since January 11,2024. Hopefully I won’t be charged for this service as I have heard, as I was told there were no charges.
