I had ordered and paid for express delivery. My product did not arrive in the window expected. Then about 5 days later I recieved a message that they had noticed that the product ordered had been damaged as it left the warehouse. This was far too late. It should have left the warehouse at least 5 days earlier and I should have been informed of a problem at that time, so I could have made another arrangement. As it was I could not order a different product in time for the event I had planned. Though I did have communication through email with Cooper Cases and they were pleasant in their response and gave me a full refund. I felt it would have been more helpful had they informed me sooner of a problem.

Great product

Recently, my Cooper Backlight Executive Case keyboard started giving me lots of trouble and kept me from functioning effectively. I immediately contacted customer service to inform them of my problem and after analyzing my situation, the Customer Experience Specialist, Gaby, made a quick decision to replace my product and had it delivered to my home in 3 days! That's the type of service that makes me a "Raving Fan" for Cooper Case!

I usually don’t write reviews. I don`t praise a company for delivering on the promises made about their products. I purchased it based on those promises; they delivered; I paid. We`re even. The rare company exceeds ordinary expectations. That’s Cooper Cases. Its product is beautiful. The stitching is fantastic. The keyboard is easy to use. Bluetooth hooks up easily and quickly. I used it with my Kindle 7 about as frequently as my laptop. Then, the keyboard on the right side functioned poorly. A customer assistant on Cooper`s website asked a few questions and suggested I try the keyboard with another device. The problem persisted. She promised to resolve the problem. The next day, she said the company would email a replacement from its USA affiliate. I had the new keyboard in two days. The company has cases of all sorts of tablets. If I ever had an iPad or Samsung tablet, I definitely would go with a Cooper Case.

Cooper Cases fit what I needed like nothing else I could find. I am on my second as I beat the first one o a pulp. It still works, but my wife told me to be professional and get a new one.
