Ordering was very easy and items were delivered promptly and well packaged.

I ordered four straw hats. The were shipped from a local warehouse where someone decided to cram all four into one box. I contacted Coolibar about the problem. They immediately shipped replacements for all four at no charge. I am impressed. I've done business with Coolibar in the past and had great luck. Their products are well made and worth every penny. It is good to see that they stand behind their products and respond well to customers' needs.

Food for thought I work for a school district see if you can get advertisement to parents as an alternative to sunscreen. Have sales for back to school. It is a requirement that children wear sunscreen or sun protection before going to play on the playground. Not many healthcare professionals or parents know about you. I have suggested your company in school newsletters. As an outdoor enthusiast, but get your brand out for parents, healthcare professionals and schools.

I was very impressed at how easy the return process was - though it took me awhile to find the link to start the process. I expected that when I went into my order, there would be an option somewhere to initiate the return. But there was not. I had to go down to the bottom of the app - outside of my profile, to the “refund policy” and click on that, which then had a link to start a return. Once found though, it was very fast and easy.
