I ordered the. Ocean Drive Coverup in Lavandula solid. The workmanship & the look of this garment is shoddy. Extremely disappointing & on sale so no return I gather. The bathsuit in Lavandula is a beautiful fabric & quite stunning. I’ll have to have darts put in the leg area as it is very loose there. Love the bathing suit.

The coolibar marketing may think they are creative but frankly we buy fewer products because of the way products, sales are structured. A “site wide” sale is not really that. The products offered are selected items not all products offered by collibar. If you truly offer a full site wide sale the company will enjoy more customer purchases and a larger market share.

Got a beautiful sun hat for my fiancé she loved it but it’s too big. I didn’t have the packaging for the tags cause I re-wrapped it and I sent you all this in an email and I didn’t get a response. I’ve already purchased another one her size so I’m still waiting for instructions on what we can do about returning the other one my name is David Krantz. My phone number is 516–982–1924. dkw15@ aol.com

The products arrived promptly and I like them. But I sent back a few too as didn't fit. I had no acknowledgement of receipt of the goods. And no response to my continued emails and live chat requests. I was very worried as it was £200 worth. A month had gone by and no response at all. I kept asking to speak to a human but just kept getting AI generic responses. So I had just made a request for my credit card to get involved, but suddenly an email saying it will be in my bank in some days. So phew!. OK, they have paid. I thought I was getting proper stitched up. So......would I use then again? ....yeah, I think I would. I really like their website and options. And now I know that a refund could take a month, at least I am aware!! But if there is anything wrong with your order,, there is just no response. There is zero customer service. Bizarre. But, alas well that ends well. So instead of a 1 star, I have amended to a 3 star. Great products. Zero customer service.

Shipping takes a long time and you get dinged if you send something back because of fit.

Coolibar sizing has changed. I have several Petra pants and purchased the same size and they were tight in hips. I really dislike the new silver logo. This is expensive clothing, customer service should reflect that. Why should I buy expensive clothing on line, have to wait a while to receive and then be charged high return cost. This last time customer service gave me a “one Time” free return and I was grateful for that. Between the high cost, change in sizing, and uncertainty with cost of returns, I am done. I have really liked these UV clothes and I require them. Time to look elsewhere.

Hi Randy, Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the sizing of the Perta Pants didn’t meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it can be when a trusted fit changes. While we occasionally make updates to improve fabric performance, comfort or fit, we always aim to maintain consistency and appreciate you letting us know this wasn’t your experience. Your input is incredibly valuable and will be shared with our design team as we continue refining our styles.
