Excellent customer service we ordered several items that turned out to be too small. We wanted to exchange them for the next size up, but cool bar does not offer exchanges. Instead, they suggested that we refund and then re-purchase. Unfortunately, the discount that we used for the original purchase was no longer available. I called customer service and a very helpful representative arranged to adjust the pricing so we received the same discounted price again. Very good service!!

Helpful customer service. Received my order and different colors of the same item fit differently. Spoke with Apolonio in customer service and he took care of the problem, helped me with a return and new order for different items and honored previous sale pricing. Items hold up very well in the pool.
