I received the items ordered very timely. The 2 long sleeve shirts are advertised as being lightweight, It was more like T-shirt weight to me. I was hoping for a lighter and quick dry fabric. They also ran larger than expected. I usually wear a medium and ordered a medium.

I liked the easy process of placing an order and the feel of the items on the skin was soft and comfortable. Some items did not fit at all and others the colouring was off.

I am a bit disappointed because I thought I had ordered the sleeves that cover the hand with a thumb hole.

One shirt fit nicely, other one-same style 2 inches shorter in length and sleeves 1 inch shorter. Quality control? Will be returning and disappointed.

Great product but Not so great experience with the delivery. I paid for expedited delivery (UPS Next Day Air) and did not received it on the estimated date. I received reimbursement after my constant request for status. The courier was not at fault as the fulfillment of the order was the issue. Finally when I got a firm response I was told (customer rep Alejandro) I was given the reimbursement as a curtesy. Nothing further from the truth. It is not a curtesy when the order was fulfilled and delivered late to the courier. The order was placed 10/11 before the cutoff. With expedited delivery I should have received by Tuesday at the latest. My recommendation is to be more alert and fulfill orders on a timely manner. Other than that, I’m super happy with your product and will definitively buy more. Expecting you guys to learn from your mistakes and own them. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
