Advertised 15% off when placed order. Had to provide phone # to get 15% code. No code given. Contacted CS. AI response could not find my order. Three emails sent. Asked to talk to HUMAN. Finally, the next day received email from CS and 15% credit provided. Very frustrating.

I ordered and was charged for three items, but only received two of the items. My reason for only two stars is that I had to call Coolibar to find out what happened to my third item. I should never have been charged for the item and had to call to request a refund. The item is now out of stock. It is disappointing to be charged for something that was clearly out of stock.

My order has still not arrived. The tracking says that it has not been received by shipper and I have had no notification from Coolibar. Still waiting!

My first order was delivered to the wrong door, no follow-up from Coolibar. Because I have skin cancer I ordered a second hat express which got here, and I love it, but I am still going to have to deal with the first lost order. Customer service is only by email and uses AI, ineffectually in my opinion. The hats are great, it is getting them that is the issue.

The lining in the swim pants is terrible. It seems like the lining stretches out and then the pants look weird. I won’t buy these again. I bought 3 pair from them.

Bad customer service. Retail 101 This company provides a customer concern list: modify order, modify payment, cancel order within minutes of placing, etc. The answer to all of these options and more is no. There’s nothing you can do. If you return it, there’s a charge. I would have liked to know this beforehand, so I’m passing it along. Chat was ignored.

Beware that shipment of clothing can take up to 2 weeks. Once I was informed, i asked to cancel. AI bot said no. Another followup email also said cannot cancel. Comment by Coolibar said that there is a small window that indicates shipping date. True. Once seen I needed to cancel. Again the structure of the ordering system does not allow cancellations immediately. The company forces to consumer to go through the credit card process of asking to not pay the charge. Not consumer friendly.
