This company is so bad. Returns are made impossible. They don’t care at all. In today’s world, I have never experienced a worse customer service experience. Beware!!!!!!

Horrible, rude, sarcastic customer service representative. Really???? Their products are good and I’ve been buying for years. The first time I need to make a return because the shirt is stained had a horrible experience. There are other UV protection clothing out there too, you know. Won’t but again from a place who will allow that attitude.

Really "this is your busy season" is the excuse for not refunding my money yet? Come on people get your act together. I trusted you with my hard earned money but never again. People do not waste your time. with this company. The girl was just plain rude with no apologies whatsoever. Just "This is our busy season" I need my money back. Do your job people and do not bank my money

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. The main customer service agent (not Donna or Lisa) was incredibly rude when I called to find out why 2 sun hats, a skort and shirt landed me with duty bill of $93.50 CAD - a uptick of 35% on the original order bought on coolibar.com. The pain of the duty stung enough. The explicit rudeness of the main customer service agent means I will not only give it a one star rating here, I will also write and blog about this, so that others are warned in advance not to shop directly on the coolibar site - until they adequately update their "fine print". The agent said "we say it in the fine print" - but they do not say "Expect to pay 35% extra in duty" in the fine print. Shame on you. I wish I had seen these reviews earlier. Some of their products are available direct in Canada on uvwise.ca - and they offer free shipping (and no hidden fees).

I placed my order May 20 and it’s almost been a month. No one seems to know where my package is and the customer service reps are rude land condescending. It’s awful that a premium product has such horrible channels representing it!

Terrible sizing and customer service reps. Followed their sizing charts to a T and nothing fit properly. Then no exchanges. That way they can take as much time as They like to refund your money. I ordered a replacement paid for this item and sent to big item back on the same day. 2 weeks later they took the money put for the second order different size but no return processed. 3 weeks no return processed. Called coolibar customer service representative said this is how online shopping works. Nope I only online shop and have never waited this long for my refund. Not only am I waiting for the refund I have to speak to rude customer service representatives. Everything else is going back and I will order from an online store that knows how to treat customers. Stay clear from this company..

Placed an order in the end of March. Returned 2 items in May and have yet to receive credit! It is now the middle of June. I was informed by an employee that they are way behind in their returns. I suggested driving to their warehouse in St. Louis Park MN and she advised me they are not open. She stated they don't have the resources! So no employees? They sure charge your card immediately! Last year I never received a return label. I paid to send something back and they still charged me 6.95. Going elsewhere for sun protection clothing!
