No customer service at all. I have the following experience 3 times in 2 years. The items were ordered and with tracking numbers provided but never shipped never notified what had happen. I called with replies that the items were no longer in stock and would be refunded. No apologies, no substitute, just rudeness.

Agree - absolutely unhelpful and unfriendly customer service. There was no where to enter a P.O. Box in my ship to address, in fact when I tried it wouldn’t accept it. Now I probably won’t receive my package and the customer service person could care less. The website did not say how they would ship and typically I enter both our street and PO address (we are in the boonies and PO does not ship to our home). I will not use this company going forward again. How sad. A great opportunity for a company to enter this market w/ wickedly good customer service.

Terrible customer service for a lost package. I spoke with a customer service rep and the supervisor. Shipping on the one package I did receive is very slow (7 days). I have spent hours on the phone trying to get this issue resolved. The shipper delivered my package to a city/address different from my address and Coolibar just keeps saying it’s “delivered”. I know it was delivered - to someone else!! I’m out almost $300 because they will not assist in finding the package that they shipped!

Poor product - men's basic long-sleeved T-Shirt: after only two years of normal wear and washing, shirt became stretched out and unwearable. Disappointing.

Beware of their return policy. I have been happy with Coolibar, but for the first time I had to return an item and they charged me $6.95 for the return. I'm sure they have it in writing somewhere, but it's not obvious when you're ordering. They have now lost a customer.

After buying a baby one-piece swim suit for my toddler. the material was so paper-thin that after only a several uses, she started getting sunburns, beneath the swim suit. The coolibar website boasts a lifetime warranty. So I called customer service... I only wish I had recorded the conversation. First the woman said that this can happen if the clothes are too tight, I told her the clothes weren't too tight, I bought it big so she could grow into it. Then she said that sunburns can also result if they are too loose as well. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Then she continued to argue, well you have had it for a year now. I told her that we only have 2 months of summer, I barely had any uses out of it. I was a good customer until then. How can a company who boasts sun protective clothing, result in a sun burn, then blow the customer off over the phone. All clothes are sun protective. But coolibar is the least.

Buyer beware. Please read entire website before buying as if you don't like a product you will get dinged on return shipping and initial shipping charges not refunded. The agent that answered my questions regarding this issue was very flippant after I said I won't be shopping with you again. She said all I had to do was ask for a credit but after my comment about not buying from this company again, I would not receive the credit. Really bad customer service. Additionally, the products don't look like the pictures portray them to look.

What Crooks. Sold me a previously sold and soiled and defective used sun jacket as "new" with a unrepairable broken zipper for $70 +.I sent them back the defective jacket,they would not refund the money I spent. Because they said it was on clearance. Even though they charged me Full price for a broken item that they sent me.'Bait and Switch' tactics. The worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with in my whole life.So I returned the jacket they sent it back to me. Back and forth four times. unbelievable What absolute Vile people from the owners, to the managers, to the phone staff .All of them with out a shread of conscience . Be forewarned do not buy from these Crooks.I was so mad that they returned my a jacket a fourth time.I had to pay to send it back after the first time I shipped it with a mailing label so I had to pay to mail it back three times. When they mailed it back the fourth time I just threw it in our apartments dumpster.
