Quality of top was great. Would have given it a 5 but the sizing runs small compared to the size guide.

Better responsiveness to email inquiry about exchange process would be a way to improve customer service. The products themselves are fantastic.

Shopping is easy since images of items are clear with multiple angles. Delivery was fast and communication clear on timing. It was slightly challenging to find specially what I was looking for when looking between categories. One challenge is guessing size since my experience to date is that items tend to run larger than expected.

Sizing could be better. Returns could be better. Especially when you have never tried their swim suits or clothing. I have learned by having to keep some items because I bought on sale ans they would not return. I feel the sizing could be better.

Ordered around £300 worth of clothing. It's all good quality, but the only disappointing part is that shipping took a long time. It was supposed to ship next day and arrive after 3-4 days, but ended up not shipping for over a week and then took a bit longer after that to arrive. I emailed and didn't get any response, I also stayed on the line with their customer service for 1 hour and didn't get a response. Overall - the products are good if they arrive, but if you have any issues with your order I wouldn't expect the company to respond/resolve it.

Ordering was easy and shipped fast, apart from 1 item that was marked as „delayed“. I had to pay for it though. After a week or so had passed I asked customer support when the delayed item was going to be shipped. They told me it’s not available and gave me a refund. I asked if it could just be swapped for the same item in another size instead. But that is not possible . I’d rather have this one exchanged than pay for shipment again, and not receiving my prior discount ! Customer service was fast in replying though, and refund processed immediately. I did not have the chance to try the gear yet. Still a bit unhappy about the experience as it has been my first order with coolibar .

The experience was fine, but the product was not very good. I purchased white crop pants and the fabric is way too thin. I have had other SPF 50 pants that were a better quality.
