Product shipped like garbage, items slammed in poorly taped box that was inappropriate, hat was crushed. Had to steam to reshape it. Website is great for sellng but makes human contact about a complaint virtially impossible.

There was to be a 2 day expedited delivery. There was a delay leaving the warehouse as best I can tell and then shipped USPS which was not 2 day express.

The sizing on the products that I have bought from this company in the past 3 months, has been way off and I always felt that I was going to get a good quality product. But in addition to being poorly sized, the waistband's roll down.So the quality of the construction has changed as well. I will never buy any products from this company again.Because they do not respond to my issues with my recent purchases and the sizing...

They got a 2 . I’ve now been waiting over 4 weeks for my order. Continues to say that they are behind. Then I find out they don’t have one item I ordered. I’ve purchased from them for years guess it’s time to move on

My order was labeled as shipped on 12/29 with no scan event from UPS for the next two weeks indicating the package was not given to them. I called customer service and was told I had to wait until a certain date before they would do anything. I waited and surprise nothing. I called back and the new customer service rep told me the package is not in their warehouse so it's not their problem and I should call UPS even though UPS tracking shows they never got the package. After much complaining a replacement was placed and did arrive but I will never order from them again given their responsibility dias not seem to extend to me actually getting what I paid for.

The customer service is extremely poor. Any issue with your order is met with an automated AI response that essentially says they cannot help. It feels like they’re only focused on taking money without regard for customer satisfaction.

Why are these suits so unrealistically sized? A Medium in whose world? I should have known when it took 5 minutes to even get it on. I went by the sizing chart too. The bottom area was skimpy and fit loose, so sizing up again wouldn't work.
