This company makes it very difficult to return anything and charges a shipping cost to boot. Do not stand behind the quality of there products either.

Nie wieder – komplett durchsichtige Kleidung & keine Rückgabe möglich! Qualität schlecht, Kundenservice Fehlanzeige. Ich habe zum ersten Mal bei Coolibar bestellt und bin total enttäuscht. Alle weißen Oberteile (nicht im Sale!) sind komplett durchsichtig – man sieht jeden BH durch, ich habe mehrere probiert - von bralette, weiß und hautfarben, über alle weißen und hautfarbenen bhs - alle sieht man durch!! Sogar das komplette Muster der Spitze usw. Das ist inakzeptabel und einfach nicht tragbar… wer will schon, dass jeder die Unterwäsche eindeutig sieht, die man an hat… keine Ahnung, was coolibar sich dabei gedacht hat… so ein Produkt zu verschicken finde ich unglaublich… Der Kundenservice war null kulant. Ich habe freundlich erklärt, dass die Shirts untragbar sind , auch den Beweis per Foto angeboten, und um eine kostenlose Rücksendung gebeten – besonders, weil ich aus dem Ausland bestelle und der Rückversand teuer ist. Die Antwort: kostenlose Rückgabe nicht möglich, selbst bei offensichtlich mangelhafter Ware. Nun geht es noch weiter: es ist nicht nur eine kostenlose Rückgabe nicht möglich, sondern gar keine Rückgabe! Auf der Website steht nur „Produkt kann nicht zurückgegeben werden“, ohne Erklärung. Ich fühle mich komplett abgezockt. Für mich war’s das mit Coolibar – kein Kundenservice, keine Verantwortung für schlechte Qualität. Finger weg! Fühlt sich wirklich nach richtiger abzocke an, nicht nach einem Laden, der sich in irgendeiner Weise für den Kunden interessiert, sondern nur für Geld…. Bitte tut euch den Gefallen und bestellt hier nicht…

Terrible. As others have pointed out, the shipping is bad and so is customer service. Shipping fee for two pieces of clothing $35? Tried to change it prior to shipping. They said too bad can’t do that. I’ll return the stuff unopened.

I was extremely disappointed to find that the side slits on the pants I ordered go all the way up to the hip when seated, exposing far more skin than appropriate for most settings. The listing claims they are “perfect for any occasion,” but this was misleading, as neither the description nor photos show how the pants behave when sitting. When I contacted customer service to request a return label due to the misrepresentation, I was met with dismissive replies and told I’d need to pay return shipping. Even after escalating the issue, I was told “the slits are visible” and that the return policy stands. Refusing to waive a $7.95 return fee despite the misleading product information shows poor customer service and a lack of accountability. I expected more from a company that promotes quality and function. I won’t be shopping with Coolibar again and encourage others to read listings carefully.

Placed an order, received email with a promotion buy 2 get one free. I emailed a few minutes after placing my order. Customer service would not honor as they said the order was already processed. Yet not even pick up from ups, actually I still have not received the 2 yet. Very disappointing and I believe poor customer service. I was wearing a top that was purchased last summer from them a couple gals asked where I bought it. I did give them the site. Now I’m going to tell them …look at the reviews. Lesson learned.

Products are HORRIBLE...don't buy! Both the swim leggings and long sleeve shirt I purchased faded horribly within 2 months. Whatever the treatment is that they put on their products started coming off...a sticky mess. It even got all over my leather car seat. The pants stretched out lengthwise by at least 12 inches once the fabric treatment rubbed off, and they became so sheer that you could see through them. I had to throw them out. I asked for a refund and they adamantly refused. Would only give me a gift card for products I don't want. 😡

Takes them one month to fully process a return. After they finally processed the return, they tried to refund me less than the price paid. If I hadn’t double checked my original order, they would have succeeded in ripping me off!
