Hi Adily, Thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about your recent experience. You are correct that, as a general policy, we are unable to cancel orders once they are placed. In your case, our customer care specialist made an exception and attempted to cancel the order; however, cancellations are not always possible due to the speed of our processing system. For this reason, we always inform customers that we will attempt to cancel, to ensure expectations are clear from the outset.

While Final Sale items are normally non-returnable and non-refundable, we absolutely want to stand behind the quality of our products.
