One of my items arrived damaged. I called customer service and spoke with a very polite representative who made sure I would receive a replacement item. The entire experience was very positive and (apart from the initial length of the wait before someone picked up, which was several minutes) was a model of good customer service.

I love these coverups, I actually wear them to bed every night! They are not too cold, not too hot. Just right! They aren’t binding or bunchy but offer good coverage even to be walking around in the house with guests present. I ordered 5 more I like them so much!
