My recent order was the second time a coupon code was misrepresented on Coolibar. Nowhere on the site could I find the terms and conditions of the prominently advertised Labor Day coupon code and it was not applied at checkout. The customer service agents are disempowered from canceling or modifying an order within hours of it being placed. Also agreeing to text an SMS marketing did not generate a coupon code as promised. Customer for many years but something has sadly changed at Coolibar.

I contacted this company about a problem with one of their products (a seam tore after wearing an item once, was within the return period too). I contacted them a total of 7 times without a response. I emailed them 5 times, contacted them on chat, and also submitted a request on their website request form. I couldn’t call as I work during their customer service hours and I was also out of the country for a large period of time. Each time I emailed I got some sort of AI response that said I would hear from them shortly, and I never ever did. Then, I would get a request to review my customer service experience which I found quite funny.

Was a big fan in the past. Preferred when Coolibar was a MN company where it was founded. It was sold and became a FL one, and I've seen unfortunate customer service changes since then. I just fought for days to get the recent promo code to work on a purchase. I lost that fight. I read the terms and conditions many times. I read them sloooowly in case I was missing something. Nope. I ought to have been fine. I mean, I've shopped with them many times and have never had problems with the codes. I emailed them but haven't heard back in 36 hrs. I know that's not much time, but when I attempted the code again today (third day in a row trying), I watched as the home screen changed from offering the promo (with a button) to making the offer entirely disappear. The T&C had slightly changed today. Suddenly the paragraph had a line or two added and made sure to note they can cancel a promo at any time. There was never an end date. Now it's just gone. I can't reach anyone about it. I sent a new email that didn't require the phone number field filled in, and then it refused to send it until it was filled in. Good grief. I noted this in my email and then tried to send it again. There was no word of "we received it" or "it was sent". The company doesn't seem to be crossing its t's or dotting its i's. After this experience, I'm not sure I'll stick around to see if it fixes itself. This was really disappointing. Response to reply: I did try to reach you. I emailed. Multiple times. I've had emails asking me to rate Javier, but I had no emails from Javier. I checked spam and trash. Only AI customer svc which is useless. That rating email took 'til the end of the week to receive. I've asked AI to talk to a live person which it says is an option. No live person was given. No response to the promo code not working. ZERO help.

I have purchased swimwear from Coolibar in the past and have been very happy with it. I did the same thing at the beginning of this summer but sadly had to return it because it didn’t fit. I returned it on 7/1/25 and have yet to receive my refund credited to my account. I have reached out 3 times and have received a message from AI Charlie telling me the appropriate team will look into the issue and I will hear from someone soon. I am now 6 weeks past returning the suit and have still not received either an intelligent response from a real person or my refund. I will never purchase anything from this company again, which is a shame because I have really liked their product and their service in the past.

Placed my order on Saturday, July 26 paid $5.99 for delivered on Monday, July 28. Order was not delivered until August 5. Will not be placing any future orders.

Coolibar's customer service has deteriorated rapidly since going full AI. So frustrating for a quality, high price-point brand. I reached out to them four days ago and still haven't heard back despite multiple attempts. The only thing I've received are solicitations for reviews. Disappointing to say the least.

A Coolibar customer service rep told me this top was fully lined so I ordered it. When it arrived, I saw that it wasn't. Now, the company wants me to pay for the shipping label to return it.

Ordered an agility hoodie paid the £55 pounds at the checkout as it was a sale item..inclusive of postage only to be contacted a week later by their shipping company to say there would be a £14.16 customs charge..no mention of this at time of purchase.and has never happened before I live in UK.customer service is an absolute joke you are connected to an ai who says you have your enquiry escalated to the appropriate department..never happens 5 days in still no reply,and they refuse to accept return of sale items..even if they get the item wrong..products themselves i think are good but because of the aforementioned I wold give this company zero stars if I could such a shame selling such a vital item for a lot of people...should take a leaf out of Shady Rays book another US company who are the polar opposite and offer customer service that is second to none
