Easy Glass Order
Customer service was responsive to questions. Online tools easy to use. Glasses are great. Note if you need prescription lenses, the delivery time is longer than the frame guarantee advertised on the website.

Initially upset but greatly satisfied....
I was initially upset that I didn't get a receipt with my order, while getting upsells, etc., from you guys. I soon discovered that the receipt was in my junk folder (Is there something you can do to prevent that for others?) You guys resent the receipt, handled my order quickly and completely without excuses. Great service!
