Ordered for the UK and Royal Mail would not deliver my package until I had paid £16 worth of customs fees. Surprisingly enough this wasn't mentioned by Cool Frames prior to my order!

I placed an order at Coolframes.com because of best price conditions. However, the manufacturing and shipping took 22 days, till I got my delivery, which was much more, than expected. I had to use my old correction glasses all the time, which gave me headaches for almost a month. The worst of all is the additional tax costs for delivery into the EU: In my case unplanned 23,52€, which made the whole decision to buy at a competitive price, appear silly. So I bought for 149,13€. If I placed the order @ Coolframes.uk, I would only have to pay 110,87€ (no shipping, no tax, which means 25% discount) and in only maybe 5 days. So never will I ever place an order again in the US! Imo it would have been quite easy for the online shop to advise me to shop on the UK homepage. I'm hardly dissappointed from this experience.

I had an issue with the frame I purchased and they were not willing to work with me to resolve the matter.

More than 35 days for delivery. Unreachable delays. Coolframes said it could be delivered in less than 10 days. Also, I had to pay $ 30 for customs.

these people sold me faulty extreme low quality frames. i live in the uk so i paid import tax and i paid for the returns - these people got the frames back and lied there is nothing wrong with the faulty item. then they offered me my money back -20% for no reason. disgrafecul and disgusting behaviour

Ordered a pair of prescription glasses from this website. They arrived quickly (USA to U.K.) but when they arrived the prescription lenses were loose in the packaging. I contacted their customer service the day that I received the glasses to inform them of the issue and to come to a mutually agreeable solution. Customer service is not at all concerned by the issue. Their solution is for me to pay for my local optician to rectify the issue. They have not apologised or offered to pay for me to get the glasses fixed. At the moment I have an expensive paperweight - without the prescription lenses the glasses are pointless. I have had to badger their customer service for the pitiful replies I have received. I've even asked for the complaint to be passed to a manger - which has been ignored. I would never use this company again, nor would I recommend them either.

So back in October I ordered a beautiful frame that I had previously tried it on in a store. I received the frame in a timely fashion but as soon as I open my precious expensive purchase the frames were deeply scratched. I took photos and contacted customer service. I let them know that they were damaged and if possible at all to get them exchanged?. After some back and forth I decided that 10% off was not worth keeping damaged goods... Early november I shipped the glasses back for exchange. It has been a month and they claim that they did not receive the glasses. WHAT!!! They can't locate them? Are you serious?! These ppl have no concern with your money and dont care. This is unacceptable! I shipped back to the same address that it came from. Where are my glasses????

It's being a little over a month that I order my glasses and I still does not have them. Worst purchase ever.
