I paid for 2day shipping it took 1week.. and people are making fun of the sunglasses there to big for my face

I still have not received my order

When the glasses arrived it was great until one of my nose pieces fell off and went missing. The piece wasn't soldered in. I had to pay Pearl Vision to rig the glasses so they worked!

I'm puzzled at the size of these frames. I assumed from the category that they were adult frames. It stated unisex, which is great because of the size of my head from temple to temple, but these frames are very short from lense to ear piece. The "mushroom" color also is 100% different from the image depicted. I wish I weren't disappointed, but I can't help be. I had high hopes because my optometrist's office doesn't carry Silhouette due to other dealer proximity restrictions, and I love the frames I have had for the last 4 years.

I ordered frames because I thought they were "in stock" and paid for extra priority shipping. They had to order frames and took several days. A signature was also required for delivery I was NOT told about. Besides this my order was correct.

Not the actual frame I ordered. Had a little problem with the delivery, delivery attempted but not clear where to get it,ended up paying another courier fee in my local postal office.

I’ll give two stars for the two pairs of frames I received. One order was on back order for two weeks...fast forward one month and still won’t be available for another 2 weeks, yet they are still available for purchase on their website. Called to cancel and mentioned you should take it off your website as it still says they are available...she disagreed, oh well, “it doesn’t really matter, I’ll just take my money back” I said, she must have gotten all bent out of shape because she hung up on me with little to no word! I called back to see if the return was initiated and the guy I talked to said no I don’t see that. So good frames decent prices...Customer service 👎🏻

Honestly I was not thrilled with the customer service when it came to applying my insurance.. which never got applied. I have to go through my company to get the money back. It’s a shame you customer service team could not do their jobs. Would not purchase from you again
