I ordered a pair of script glasses with frames, no issue right. Two weeks later they arrive, look great, script is great, fit great. I wear them 1 day and both temples are loose at the hinges. Very poor quality.BTW this company goes by two names coolframes online and ocean optometric in person SHADY! I contact customer service their solution: “Please advise if you would like you may take the frame to a local optical for the temples of the frames to be tightened more. If you do not feel comfortable with that you can send the frame back to our location and we can have our senior optician adjust/tighten the frame for you.” Btw the hinges are pressed into the plastic frames and the hinges are screwless. So how are they going to fix them? That’s their solution, I take them to my guy to fix them or send them back to them on my dime. You decide if you would buy from cool frames.

AGAIN, like other people have said, Cool Frames has the item as (IN STOCK) and I get an email saying (BACK ORDERED) 2 to 3 weeks. BAD business practice as people normally buy items for occasions. BEWARE, it's a gamble to get your product or not, DO your research before you trust this site.

I noticed an order I placed with this company did not include the discount code that I was originally advertised in order to purchase the product in the first place. I am currently on a budget and I decided to treat myself to a pair of glasses assuming, the discount would be applied which would make the price more affordable. Although I did not catch this error in the time frame, I made a call to customer service and immediately the service representative was rude. I stated there was a 30 percent promo not included in my price, and mr E-tom if that is his name automatically stated there was never a discount that high. Apparently he does not know his job well because there was and I still have the email that proves it. The customer service representative also hung up on me.The error of the code, and the rudeness of the staff will never allow me to make a purchase with cool frames again!!! The manager whose name is Alex is supposed to reach out but I doubt that will happen. I hope they use that 300 dollars to re-train their staff on the importance of customer service. As I would not have been upset with i’m sorry there is nothing I can do, I can instead send the info to my manager. Instead of the blatant attitude this person illustrated towards me on the phone. People like that do not represent your company in the best light.

I purchased a pair of Siluhette frames on May 7th and paid an extra $19.95 for priority service. Initially, we were led to believe it would be posted in 2-3 days, then it changed to 1-4 days and eventually posted on 14 May. When I contacted Cool Frames, I made it clear that I needed the glasses by the 14th because I was leaving the States. Although they promised I'd get it by then they didn't post it so I didn't get the pair I bought. To add insult to injury in their email responding to mine they asked "How would you rate your Coolframes experience?" but the pretend link for "Bad" was just an image and no valid link. My order number was 1414339

Took a week to ship for 2 day shipping. So 10 days

I bought glasses from cool frames that I had seen at my usual glasses store in Oakland. I found them for $150 less yay. A good deal. Well needless to say the prescription was done wrong and they didn’t want to refund my money. 42 emails later and 3 months later I finally have my “fixed” glasses. They are still wrong but now they have laser engraving all over the glasses from where the progressive lines are. Just spend the money don’t buy glasses online unless you have simple prescription. This company is garbage and has terrible customer service Also not in Brooklyn. They sub out to Asia. So everything takes weeks to deal with.

Avoid this online optical! Very poor customer service. If you're from Canada, you'll end up paying an expensive return postage PLUS 20% restocking fee when this company does not even have virtual try on! There are still many other more reliable online optical store than this. First time buying here and the last!

Junk. Supposed to be metal frames. All plastic with fake plastic screws. Highly disappointed that I wasted 70 bucks. Ship was slow for 2 day shipping.
