Great company to do business with! Previously I had ordered my glasses from my Dr. but they never held up, they were always coming loose and sometimes the coatings peeled off! Just poor lab quality. I have never had these problems with Cool Frames. High quality all the way! I recently received a new pair of glasses and quickly realized I had entered the Rx incorrectly. One phone call and Cool Frames took care of it, no questions asked! This was my third order with them and I will go no where else.
