My first and last purchase through coolframes. I ordered my glasses and within a year the lenses started peeling around the edges. I had ordered the scratch resistant coating so I couldn't figure out what the problem was. I called and besides the ordeal of being without my glasses for 3 weeks while they replaced them, I had to pay $10 to utilize the warranty. That was literally 3 months ago and my glasses are doing the exact same thing again. When I reached out to them, I got an email stating that I had utilized my 1 time warranty and there was nothing they could do. I'm not only flabbergasted but what company only allows for a 1 time warranty when their glasses are faulty?! Not to mention that I actually paid for an extended 2 year warranty that I guess doesn't count for anything. This company is a completely rip off. Stay away, you are better off going through your own eye doctor that will actually take care of you. I'm going to report them to the BBB and sue for my money back at this point. I might as well have handed someone on the street $600. RIP OFF!

Honestly, the worst experience I've ever had and it was my first time ordering online. They charged me for two sets of the same glasses. When I went to find my original order number the website told me it was non existent so I re ordered. The manager hasn't called me back in two or three days. The staff isn't very helpful and they are telling me the fram will be refunded less 20% and the glasses are non refundable even though it was their mistake.

I purchased a sunglasses which I previously owned and lost. The style was not what I had and so therefore; I returned them to cool frames. They now want to charge me a 20% restocking fee!! I order many items on line and I have NEVER heard of such a stupid policy. Terrible customer service and I will never shop here again!!

Don't waste your time with them worst experience online shopping ever. If I could give 0 I would hell if I could give -5 I would trash customer service

Customer service was HORRIBLE! Rep was rude, poor exp. And then to be contacted by 'Lee' months after asking me to give him a call is not exceptional customer service. You know what would be exceptional customer service? For me to get a refund or a second pair of glasses for free. Not some $9 coupon. Come on guys, without customers you have no business. Don't ask me to call you at 888-293-4755 EXT 506, instead ask for my number so that you can give me a call. Signed, Very upset customer!

Beware not authentic sunglasses!!! Trust pilot has censored this review so I can't say what I wanna say! Taken away my 1st amendment rights!!! Bought a 278.00 pair of Christian Dior sunglasses when I received them they were all warped and out of shape and I mean really bad! I wrote email to customer service and they had the nerve to tell me to go to a local optical store and have them bent back! I asked them if I could just have my money back they said it would be a 20% restock fee on defective sunglasses! Wow!!! I asked them if they would just send me a brand new pair and not fix the old sunglasses and try to send back to me they agreed! But guess what? They attempted to fix the sunglasses and sent back to me! Frames still out of shape. This place is a complete sham!!! I advise you not to shop at this site!!! Not authentic sunglasses!!! Horrible customer service! Can't say someone didn't warn you!!!

I called to ensure I was ordering the right accessory kit for my oakleys. I received the wrong one and have attempted multiple times to fix the problem but no one will call me back. I plan on returning the product and never ordering anything from this company ever again. Horrible customer service!!
