I've ordered my frames on July 5th 2017 and received them on July 21st (HJ485643110US) by requesting an express delivery service. After receiving them, they were small on my face, had to return them back on the same day and were received by cool frames on the 24th of July. It took them 2 weeks to exchange the frame and place the glasses which is acceptable, i had to pay extra 30$ US for processing fees and shipping, instead of proceeding with the same shipping request (Express), it was sent to me in a regular mail on the 2nd of August and till today (August 18th) I still didn't receive my frame. I truly don't know what to say else then hoping to receive my frame very soon!

Worst experience purchasing with you...why restocking fee for sunglasses too...

After 3 pairs of perception sunglasses all of them having a defect and not fitting right I have two pair sitting here and out $175.00.

CAUTION: If you are trying to purchase frames and need them right away you should call them to verify stock BEFORE placing your order. If not you will be arguing with them over a $20.00 cancellation fee UNLESS you discover the problem in the first 2 hours. I ordered frames from them and paid for "next day delivery" only to eventually discover that I would be waiting a minimum of a few days for CoolFrames to get them from the factory before my "next day delivery". In hindsight I'm doubting they have anything in stock. As best I can tell there is NOTHING they provide that is not available from your local retailer or eye doctor.

This company is not customer-friendly. While they are transparent about their policies, it is an awful business model. If you do a return or exchange you will lose 20% on frames and will never get a refund on lenses. There are MANY online glasses providers who offer free exchanges and full refunds, because ordering glasses online innately has risk for the customer. You don't know from a website how a pair will look on - and it's hard to judge until you've tried them in person. So unless you 100% know you want a certain pair, go elsewhere. Or just go elsewhere because their customer representatives are rude and don't care about you. They will never get my business again after how i was treated!

Frame came as used after waited for more than a month. Paint came off several places. Sent back for replacement and never heard from them until I made contact with them after a month. The frame was back order again. I asked to cancel my order because the frame is much needed. They sent me a replacement. Told me to send back to replacement as my frame arrived after months. Promised for reimbursing shipping cost but it never happen. Got my frame after paying my own shipping and more than 5 months of waiting. Very poor customer service.

I ordered new frames because I needed them quickly. I paid for overnight shipping only to find out that they don't actually have any frames in stock. My overnight shipping is going to take at least 4 days. This so called company is a joke.

Placed an order from this company on July 1st and paid immediately after order went through. They just NOW shipped my package (July 8th) after stating it would arrive on july 8th! Not only are they a week late with my shipment, but my schedule for the next week is now thrown off due to me having to reschedule eye appointments with my personal optician. They claimed my payment went through on July 7th when I saw my credit statements list the transaction as complete july 1st. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Update I received no such emails and when i spoke to you over the telephone this was not a reason given to me as to why my frames did not arrive. You have provided two stories now. Pne over the telephone where you claimed my payment did not go through till yesterday and now, stating you needed to order the frames from the manufacturer. So which is it? I look forward to a third excuse. Do be creative this time please.
