I ordered specific frame size. They sent another. would not honor their mistake. Never purchasing form this company again. I really wanted to give Zero Stars but this site would not allow.

Sorry to say I'm not happy with this company at all. Very poor customer service. Slow to process everything even after they said my order would be priority. Does not return calls, just bad communication. I will not be returning or referring anyone I know.

Ordered glasses on the 12th of September. Order is still processing. I paid extra for 2 day shipping also. Not very happy. Would have been better off going to where my eyes were checked. Praying once they actually get here that there wont be any problems considering the other reviews on this site.

Ordered on the 25th august and and STILL no glasses yet and it's 18th September. Didn't know they came from America. Be aware if you need them quickly, you aren't going to get them fast.

I have purchased 2 pair of glasses, they have sent only one pair after one week I have paid for them and promissed me that will send the other one once they have it in stock and it shouldnt take more then one week to send it. It has been 2 weeks since then and still not received my sunglasses. Custumer support is slow and inacurate.

Rip off. Ordered child size frame got infant size. Asked for refund. I was told they would refund and months later they still haven't returned my money. I have sent multiple emails but only heard back once to say I could have a refund. They have fallen silent since. I know I have the right email so obviously major rip off company. Never again. Oh, and I know they got the frame back because they had to sign for it.

For some reason was shipped to me without the prescription which I definitely entered. Inconvienent.
