Was quoted 4 to 5 days and still waiting after 22 days. Worse still they advertise as a UK company with a .co.uk domain and a UK telephone number BUT have no UK presence and fail to tell you there will be import duty to pay once the glasses you thought were coming from a UK company finally arrive. Coupled with the 'have a lovely day' at the end of every email it's even more insulting. Would never use or recommend anyone to use.

CoolFrames eyeglasses - lasted about 4 months. In August, I purchased a pair of eyeglasses with a Flexon 609 frame and Seiko 1.74 high index lenses. The total cost was $300.90. These glasses failed in December. A screw popped out of the frame, allowing a lens to fall out. It appears that the lenses were made to an incorrect size for the frame, resulting in too much pressure on the frame.

Avoid at any cost, such a bad experience. They sent me used and damaged sunglasses. Tried to return them. Zero communication. No response via email. Looks like customer service is not existing. God bless that I've paid via Paypal and could open the claim. I will get some of my money back at the end, but have to pay extra for shipping it back and £25 of VAT (which I had to pay on arrival).

Absolutely dreadful. Still waiting (Day 12) while my new frames appear to be on a world tour. Last heard of in Beijing having spent the first four days in the New York environs waiting for the pony express.. No idea when or if they will arrive. Just had an e-mail asking me how the service was - hence this posting

Its a shame our Australian postal service let Cool-frames down on this occasion. Whilst at work I received a delivered notification but no sign of them and no card left. We called today to be told they had been delivered and left out front behind the rubbish bins. Upon checking there is no sign of the glasses. I don't understand how this can be delivered without a signature. Its totally unacceptable. Now I'm $140 down and no sunglasses...
