Customer service wouldn’t change my frames even though they were the wrong size and colors. Price was right order wasn’t. If they chose to honor the order was wrong and fix it I’d probably use them again? Sincerely, Nothing more important than customer service and satisfaction.

Expensive frames ($188) were delivered broken. Unacceptable customer service. Requested refund when replacement process was taking too long. 6 weeks later have not received refund (or replacement). Now disputing with credit card company.

THEY SEND MY PRODUCT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS . I PAID FOR THE PRODUCT AND DID NOT RECIEVE IT. SO IM OUT THE MONEY AND THE PRODUCT.

Makes you think you’re buying from an Australian site .com.au, you will still be charged an international transaction fee.

Terrible company, partner placed an order for me 29th May, hadn’t received it by 7th June contacted them to be told that it was being dispatched that day... 9 days later and it’s only just being dispatched, not acceptable!! Then told if we wanted to cancel the order we would be charged $20!! Went onto APC to track order today and order cannot be tracked which leads me to believe it still hasn’t been dispatched! Absolute disgrace of a company and customer service is shocking. Avoid at all costs!

Awful customer service and quality control. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses and all of the lenses across those pairs had deep scratches in them. I returned those and they were nice about. They me back 2 new pairs. This time, one of the pairs had the lenses manufacturered poorly such that the lenses were slightly warped making me feel immediately sick when wearing them. I mentioned this to their customer service team (specifically to "Samantha") and they immediately started being frustrating. They refused to take my glasses back at first and finally relented a few emails later. Next, they said that I would have to pay for shipping back and a $10 "processing" fee for them to inspect the glasses (because they can't just take my word for it right?). They also said I cannot refund my glasses because it had been over 10 days since they originally shipped the first scratched pair to me. Well of course it's been over 10 days because I had to ship that pair back and get shipped a new one!! This company is absolutely awful to it's customers. I *strongly* recommend shopping at any other online glasses store. They're all nearly identical and each offers the same products (anyone can ship and sell glasses...). CoolFrames, you aren't Amazon. There's plenty of other options. Grow up and get better at customer service. You've lost me as a customer.

Product is not what I type in my search browser not even close. I was looking for Oakley Pit Bull replacement cant even use this stuff.

i ordered the wrong color of frames...returned them with the $10 they requested I wanted to exchange them for the right color...so why the $10 charge? that was 2 week ago..i've emailed ...no response. love the glasses not the company
