While the prices may look good if you're buying outside of America avoid...by the time you've added import taxes and Royal Mail handling charge (UK) then you might as well go to sunglasses hut and buy them at uk prices. I should've done my research granted but they are very clear to state free shipping all over their website but it's in the very tiny t&c's that you will find anything about shipping costs. When I contacted them about returning the item the response I got was that the import tax would be deducted as well as a further 20% restocking charge. Therefore no choice but to keep them. We are fortunate enough in the UK to be protected by distance selling laws, stick to a uk company if buying off the internet, lesson learned! *update....while I appreciate you cannot control these things you can control a 20% restocking charge. Also the title of the review is specifically aimed at those buying in the UK as the saving for me has been written off by the import and handling charges.

Have paid $500 for two pairs of eyeglasses. Lost in mail, ,not received. Contacted Coolframes 5 times and no response. Noone is willing to help me. Worst online shopping experience EVER

Three months to receive my product. Paid more than expected. Very poor customer support. They simply don't care.

I ordered lenses from cool frames 6 weeks ago. Still have not even shipped. I contacted customer service 3 times and finally after over a month and my third email they let me know that they hadn’t gotten my prescription from my doctor yet. I immediately sent it to them, and I would’ve done that weeks earlier had they let me know that’s why my order hadn’t shipped yet. Customer service is awful! Not to mention they are rude and still have yet to ship my frames

ordered back inApril, is now almost July, still haven't received glasses. had been made multiple promises that haven't been kept, have been asked for more money on two different occasions. have asked for my money back on multiple occasions and have been told a manager would contact me and nothing. was told first a $20 restocking fee would apply for glasses I haven't received, then told a week later when asked for a refund again that I would have to pay full price for the lenses (that I was told they still did not have, nor cut). still haven't received refund, glasses, or response from manager. will never do business with this company again and will seek other avenues to receive my funds back. poor customer service
