Cool Frames lied on the customs form about the value of its contents. Stating it was under £100 to save them money. Customs opened the package, saw the invoice, and charged me the shortfall £25.29. I complained to the company and they couldn't give a fig. Great scam Cool Frames

Worst internet shopping experience in my life. Send me the wrong color frames Black when I ordered olive which is a green co!or not black. Then employee blames me telling me black is olive when the one in all pics of frame is jeep green color. Then to make matters worse they(STOLE) charge me $18 for restocking fee for shipping me wrong color frames...I'm in process of filing legal action in small claims court...NO ONE STEALS FROM ME!!! Call the Police I've just been ROBBED!!

Do not use this company, ever. I bought frames from them. Within 30 days, one of the temple tips cracked. I asked for them to send out a new tip so I can replace it myself, and their response was absolutely not. Turns out, you have to mail the entire frame back to them and pay 9.95 to use your warranty. Or, I could pay $25.00 for new temple tips. I explained to the customer service rep that I already have my new lenses in the glasses. Returning the frames prior to being able to replace the lenses in the new frames makes no sense and is not a realistic option. Furthermore, I only need the plastic temple tip. I don't need to replace the whole dang frame! Clueless company with a backwards warranty policy. For those reasons, I will never use this company again. Boo. coolframes shipped the wrong glasses and apparently do not reply to corrective e-mails

2nd time reviewing no response from the first one. Excellent customer service, my frames weren't in stock but they ordered them for me. Also great followup on an IT problem with the site in the middle of my order. Don't know why I was charged for an eyeglass cleaning and repair kit I didn't order though. 10/1 I rec'd a response 9/30 but no acknowledgement of the eyeglass cleaning and repair kit I didn't order. I called about it last week and the woman I spoke with was very rude about it. She said the box was checked by me to order an extra eyeglass repair kit and there was nothing she could do about that after 90 days. I tried to explain to her there was a problem with their system and I had to receive extra help to get my order to process. She wasn't willing to listen to me and didn't care if I took my business elsewhere. And seriously overpriced repair kit you would get for maybe $5 at least twice that much.

Regret ordering from cooframes. I was so excited as they had the glasses I wanted. But it took almost a month to arrive and then I received a card in the office that I owed £25 customs fee. This WAS NOT clear to me when I purchased, would have been much better to have ordered from the actual vogue website. P***** off. They suck.

Frames looked NOTHING I had to return. I was charged a 20% restocking fee, as advertised.I will NOT order from this company again. its Hard enough trying to choose a frame online. Why charge shipping plus a fee to restock. This makes the price not worth it. I will deal with more understanding sellers online or stick with brick and mortar stores where you can try frames to get the best fit WITHOUT A CHARGE

Almost 3 weeks in and no sign of my sunglasses. Now notified by USPS that they wont be delivered because of unpaid charges! No update from Coolframes. Not a very happy customer
