bad product ;break easly!!!!!!!

I had ordered my glasses from the website around mid September 2018. I did not receive my glasses until late October after I was promised they would arrive within a week of purchase. After many failed attempts to contact them and to receive any information about my frames i finally managed to switch which frames I ordered. Awful customer service (I was on hold for nearly an hour) and then they were withholding my glasses until I paid them a seperate invoice. Only after a week of receiving the glasses, the lenses already scratched even after I paid for scratch protection. I will never order from this company again and I hope I convinced anyone else to do the same.

Took too long sending my original order, than when I received the glasses the prescription was wrong. I called they said mail them back in. I did. They sent an email saying they needed the envelopes the lenses came in. I sent them in a separate envelope along with a copy of the invoice. They lost them ( saying never received). Now they want to recharge me. Its been almost two months. Thse are expensive glasses. Do not use Cool frames. They are out to RIP you off.

I am very disappointed to buy from CoolFrames and I never buy from them anymore. we bought the two pairs but after I received the shipment the goods is good but unfortunately not good with my face. so I sent it back to get exchanges and I paid the freight. I am waiting until more than two weeks the goods never ship it. the policy said take 2-3days to process for exchanges. but never happens. the policy the company not reasonable at all. they charges administration plus 20% restocking charges. but when we want to exchanges the policy said 2-3days to process but almost two weeks they never ship it to us and there is no consequency. for that really ? finally I am tired for back and fourth I just need to get my money back with 20% restocking charges or store credit and I prefer 20% re-stocking than back and forth ( I am not suppose to get charges and not my fault ) I already told to our co-worker , friend and family don't buy with this company and better with somebody else with my bad experience.

They were unable to accommodate my situation. My lenses were scratched and I was told they were and frames were covered. All of a sudden, they tell me I have to pay $9.95 to cover it, along with postage and there was another fee thrown in there. I was upset as I spent quite a bit on these already and then they pressured me to have it in within a short period of time which made it limited for me as it was my only pair and I needed a replacement until they were ready as I was told it would be a couple weeks. I will never buy from them again and was offered a better deal and more assistance with Lenses RX so I will be dealing with them in the future. NEVER NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL!

ZERO stars . Total cost of frames were 189$ I returned them Die to no fault of my own and they only refunded me 130$ . This seller will make money off of you even if they ship you defective product. PLEASE BEWARE !!!

Sent me counterfeit frames

terrible customer service. don’t waste your time or money on a company who gives you the run around on glasses. try firmoo cheaper and WAYYYYYY better !!!!
