I was super excited to get a RED pair of frames. Well, they arrived and are not the red as pictured on the website. They are dark, almost brown. I was very disappointed. First time ordering online frames. I ordered on the 29 of December and recieved them Jan 20. Just disappointed.

Most of my experience was good but the US Postal Service is used as the shipping company. They are totally incompetent. It took an extra week to receive my replacement frames because they were unable to deliver to my residence. Who needs to see for a week, amiright?

Ordering frames was easy! Unfortunately there was a breakdown in communication of when the frames were going to be shipped out. I paid extra to have it shipped faster. They were able to refund me the extra shipping which was fantastic. You should have estimated shipping tied to the frames when it he consumer I selecting them. I think the company does well by accommodating, the consumer with different options for frames. Just need to do a better job with communicating when the actual frames will be shipped out.

Service was amazing. Unfortunately, I purchased sunglasses on sale, and unable to return. Did not like them when I received them.

My new rescue dog chewed up my best pair of glasses and destroyed them! The optical store told me that they could not get another pair of Hurley HMO104 frames in Navy, but said if I could find the frames somewhere else, they would put new lenses in for me. So I searched online, and found them on CoolFrames.com and paid and ordered them. Christmas eve, I get a phone call saying my chosen frames are out of stock and no longer available! I was extremely disappointed to say the least, so I settled for the same size and style of frame in tortoise colour instead. Wouldn't you think that if you run out of stock and were unable to order more, that you would delete that listing from your website? This is like a "bait and switch" deal because at that point it is too late to cancel the order. So yes, very disappointed, and generously giving a rating of three stars.

I recieved my order in about a month (in December). Would have loved it a lot sooner. Frames have already started chipping paint after a week and have jagged ridges inside frames. The lens quality is great. The frame fits well and I can see perfectly.

The glasses do not look like the picture/ model. I bought these for someone. He had the ones in the picture, same model. The ones he received are maroon, not brown as pictured. He refused to wear them in public, because they are maroon and look feminine. He hardly wears them. The original ones that match the picture he would wear them constantly. I’m very disappointed that they don’t match the pictures. Shipping time was great. The picture was good. Only negative comment is that they are not the same glasses as pictured.
