I still haven’t received my glasses, but I have paid for them! I was sent a link to track my order but the link just takes me to my receipt…

Website would not take my payment no matter what credit card or PayPal I used. Emailed and got a number to call. Had to go to a different site to pay. Lost the discount they offered. Needed the glasses so payed full price. Since then I get endless emails telling me I have an item in my cart and still offering a discount. Waste of my time.

I ordered two pairs of frames.The first was exactly as described. Second pair was not even down to the photo not being clear. I called and emailed with photo's. Return policy: 20% restocking fee and shipping is on you. It honestly isn't worth the it. Remember: you get what you pay for an your stuck!

I sent two emails about how I screwed up my glasses , I wanted progressive and so I want to return the ones I got and order another pair with progressive!! Not a reply at all!!!

Glasses are great. Shipping was faster than I expected (kinda - see further down) Whoever packed them up tho really needs retrained as they just dumped a bunch of junk (like the trash they have left over from the manufacturing process, blank lenses etc) in the box along with a case too small for the glasses. The glasses were sitting in the case unable to close so they knew it was too small and sent it anyway. Shame really. They are shipping a replacement case to be fair, although not even a hint of apology at all when I reported it, so I just hope it is here in time for christmas. I paid £24 extra for shipping and I don't think I got value for that since order won't be complete by the time regular shipping would have arrived. Update: I received the replacement case. Unbelievably they sent the same small case again that they sent the first time. After all this messing around I will not be receiving what I paid for until the New Year when I paid £24 expedited shipping to be SURE the Xmas present arrived in plenty of time (initial package arrived 12/12). I simply asked for the case I paid for to be sent out and for my expedited shipping to be refunded since I still don't fully have my purchase and they said they could only send a new case "as a courtesy" but not refund the shipping. A manager was supposed to contact me regarding the shipping but hasn't. Not once in this whole process has a single staff member said anything remotely approaching an apology or regret at the situation. It feels very much like they feel them simply resolving their mistakes is a burden I am putting on them unfairly.

Very disappointed in the color. Was not same as pic. Also they changed shipping date and times 4 times.

First the frame was out of stock even though the website said it was in. Second shipping takes for ever. They sent me a photo of it in transit and it went into a shipping container. It's not going over sees. It's going to Toronto from the north east states. I still haven't received my frames... Update Almost a month now and still no frames. And it's sad that as a company Coolframes doesn't care once it's left them. Good customer service would be contacting the shipper to find out why your customers are being given awful service. But I guess you already got your money...

The representative was quick and informative. However, unhappy that the return/exchange actually cost more than placing a new order.
