Seriously poor service from Coolframes. Returned a set of frames as they were faulty. After 4 weeks from confirmed delivery of frames to the store, no update. Chased by email and told 2-4 week wait for update, they basically did nothing until they got my email. Customer Service is a joke, they charge to process and ship back faulty good they supplied. Oh and they just hang up if you ask why they're charging for a warranty return. Seriously avoid! Shop elsewhere!

Appalling service, dismissive response. They arrived without prescription and the wrong colour. I returned them making clear I wanted red. The same tortoise shell arrived! Returned again. No glasses. No apology. No compensation. I lost £90 including 2 customs payments, 2 return postage & 20% reduction for “administrative costs”. Do not order from the UK. Do not use. Dr Martin Haworth, London

One Star because I can't give 1/2 star or zero star. Never in my life I've seen such appaling service. I've placed an order 2 months ago, had to pay and additional 23 pounds tax fee when the product arrived in the uk (information that was not clear on the website). I am still trying to track my item with the Royal Mail, but they took zero responsibility for the mess and keep referring me to the Royal Mail website. Still waiting for the item. If you are considering placing an order, run away from this website as soon as possible!!!! Awful in every single way

Ordered sunglasses a month ago and they’re still processing. When i emailed them they lied to me saying that it was a new design that hasnt been released yet. I wonder how my friend got those 6 months ago

ordered flexon 603 with 145 mm temples. They sent them with 140 mm temples. Numbers are clearly stamped on temples. Tried to tell me that even though they are stamped 140 they are really 145. Bottom line, they want me to pay to ship them back and they will see what they can do. Don't know what to do with these glasses that don't fit. I'll figure something out but I'm done with these guys.

I have ordered my glasses a month ago (March 18),today is April 21 and it is yet to be delivered.

I purchased some sunglasses for my wife’s birthday from coolframes.co.uk. A delivery date wasn’t available which was strange but I trusted the site thinking it was a UK company. Once my money had been taken, a little over 2 weeks later I received a bill for import tax of £45 which I wasn’t made aware of. This unfortunately increased the price and it would of been cheaper purchasing them directly from the Fendi website. I emailed the company twice and tried calling but know one could even have the decency to get back in touch. Appalling service and extremely misleading. I will never purchase from this company again.

I ordered glasses 4 weeks ago. I have called numerous times only to be told my lenses were in and the lab would get them completed and sent asap. Every time I called I was told this exact thing. That was not the case. I made contact with a supervisor named Alex. He gave his word that he would ensure my glasses would be completed as he just contacted the lab and my glasses would be finished by the end of the week. I call today (end of week 4) and ask for Alex. I was told he would call me back. Instead, another associate called me back just as they were closing for the day only to tell me that the lab will be getting the lenses in soon and complete my glasses next week. That is the 3rd time I have been told that my lenses were being fabricated and my glasses would be sent next week. Once by a manager that didn't have the integrity or decency to call me back. I have been blatantly lied too with zero accountability. At this point in time, I believe I have been scammed!
