Very bad experience
I bought sunglasses( dior 0219s) and i paid $ 623 as the original sunglasses from Dior and unfortunately they sent to me fake glasses and even did not send original glasses case or any warranty or instructions

defective inventory, poor customer service
Was sent a defective set of frames. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. Finally agreed to exchange for a non-defective pair... surely they’ve received them by now, but have neglected to contact me or send new pair. This is the 2nd time CoolFrames has messed up my orders, so sill never be going through them again. Plus, when shipping says 1-4 business days, you really should receive your glasses before a week and a half (no holidays).

Poor After Sale Service
I bought a pair of Marc Jacobs glasses. They arrived fine however within a month one of the gold pins on the front of the frame had fallen out. I had only worn them 3-4 times.CoolFrames said I could send them back for them to assess them. I have to pay an Administration fee plus a courier fee. Plus I live out of the US so I’ll be without the glasses for a while. It’s not worth it. I had also paid a lot to have prescription lens put in the glasses by an optician. SO now I have a new pair of glasses that look stupid and am well out of pocket. The after sale process has been very disappointing.

Frames stay on backorder
Frames stay on backorder, for months. Sent mine in for a repair and every month I get an update saying still no frames as they are on backorder. Bad customer service with little help or options. Order somewhere else and save the headache

Appalling customer service and…
Appalling customer service and misleading shipping fees for custom orders on their website. I'll avoid buying from them on future occasions.

Still waiting for my glasses to arrive
Still waiting for my glasses to arrive, it’s been nearly a month. The website makes it looks like they are in the UK with a co.uk web address and payment in £, but they not, they are In the U.S. It takes ages and ages for them to order the frames/order the prescription/ship them. Tracking company are completely useless, the ‘contact us’ button doesn’t even work. And then have to pay import tax before they arrive. If your in the UK, avoid at all costs.

When my glasses arrived
When my glasses arrived, I was very disappointed. The photos online were only of the front of the frames, so I didn’t know that there was a Gaudy rhinestone and other ugly decoration on the sides. What a waste of my time and money.
