Bought prescription glasses, but I should have read the terms as you will be liable to pay customs if it is being delivered to UK. That’s my fault for not reading. Once I paid the customs I received the glasses a few days later. Opened the box and I think the lenses are very poorly fitted. The lenses stick out at the front and on the out edge they appear to be scratched. In addition when handling the frames the plastic lenses sound like the are cracking. The frames purchased for the lenses did not fit properly. The charges assessed at cool frames for returning frames was too expensive to make a return worthwhile. So I'm stuck with frames that don't fit my lenses. Too much restocking and other charges so wont use cool frames any more. Thank you.

Vieled US company using .ca to sell in Canada. Products ship from US and require customs/duties. CSR tells me to read fine print...just buy Canadian from Canadian suppliers. Too many BS sites out there trying to suck BB people into thinking they are something they are not. Do not recommend.

Horrible customer service. My frames were delivered defective. The logo was smeared on one side. I immediately sent an email, and someone got back to me wanting a picture, which I immediately sent. I was told they only were a middleman, the frames would have to be sent back to the Vendor. Eventually, I was told to send them back. I emailed and asked about a label or if I had to pay the postage, absolutely no response at all. They sit here on my counter as I speak....can’t use. Absolutely almost $100.00 just thrown away. I won’t use this company ever again!!

Using a website with a .co.uk and an 0800 contact number - to make you think they are a UK company, then shipping from the USA resulting in you being charged Tax of approx £18 per £100 pound spent with them. Goods cannot be returned without being charged a restocking fee. When you contact them on these points, they claim they have notices on there website or during checkout. In fairness they are small print positioned in a way to make them less obvious, on the website order confirmation pages. Purchasing through a mobile there is a lack of warning. Dishonest in there approach and when taxes are added on for import to UK - more expensive than buying local.

These people are selling FAKE goods and want to pawn them off to customers. I returned my items and have not received any money from them. They belong in jail. BBB have been notified.

Glasses took over 2 months to arrive Got a hit with a £50 customs charge, when questioned got told it was in the fine print. Not sure why they would have a .co.uk address other that to imply they have a UK store, which is clearly misleading at best. wont use again

This company is absolutely horrible!!! I had placed two different orders one being one and a half weeks ago and the website states that you would receive a response within 24 to 48 hours and I see that order and order number disappeared even though I have a screenshot. So I placed a second order from getting no help from the first gentleman that I spoke with at the Customer Care apartment 24 hours had passed I have received nothing and no response. Based upon the previous order I took the liberty to call, I had spoken with a very nice women Who had advised me that the owner would review my account insurance where I’m at insurance and get back to me by the end of the night, she had stated that she would take it upon herself personally to make sure that he called. I thought that was going above and beyond and I appreciate it. The night went on turning into 4:37 PM on Saturday, September 14, 2019 I received five back to back phone calls while rejecting all of them from an unknown number and immediately Was greeted with a hostile tone on the other end mind you my surround sound was going inside my home and I barely heard a person that was speaking I had asked this person please hold while I turn off the sound music playing and I felt as if I was a burden to the person at that moment. This man who has not even given me his name speaking at a high rate of speed ridiculing me asking me why I was placing an order at 5 PM on a Saturday from a website for glasses orders raising his voice to me telling me that I did not place an order I placed a review. When I had asked this person please hold while I turn off the sound music playing and I felt as if I was a burden to that person at that moment. I explained to him that I clicked on glasses on the website and purchase for a price. He then began speaking to me as if I was a illiterate and did not understand a thing I then advised him that I was a registered ER nurse and that I did not appreciate the tone, the disrespect, and a demeaning attitude as if I was an incompetent human when I myself am a member of healthcare. The man who I still don’t know who he is constantly was interrupting me not allowing me to Speak until finally I said you know what I don’t want to do business with you!!!
