Weeks have pass and still don’t receive. I don’t know what else to do

first sunglasses were listed as available when i bought them but they told me i had to wait few days because they were out of stock. second, they were badly scratched when they arrived. Like huge scratches. Zero quality check control before shipping. and when i told them they said " we can offer a 10 dollars discount" lol i spent 241 $ for a pair of scratched sunglasses. Last time i bought something from them.

I ordered glasses with prescription lenses and all I got were lenses for normal site...I emailed a few times and it turned out to return or fix the problem I'd have to shell out more money...I feel like I have been scammed and the site is misleading

Banner ad on the site said 25% off if more than $x spent. My order was greater than $x. No discount on checkout. I phoned and was told I was probably right but they'd have to check so promised they would phone me back. I never got a call. When I called back after waiting several days I was told that the brand I selected wasn't eligible for the discount. There was no qualifier on the site. This is called 'bait and switch' and is illegal ... they don't care.

Terrible! I purchase frames and requested a tracking number - no response. Frames arrived damaged and having sent multiple emails and tried to call (always closed despite calling during required hours) no response. Do not order through them. I’ve lost my money now and have no usuable frames

Ordered a replacement temple received wrong part and wrong color. Reordered and the second one was too short.

Second time I ordered the exact same frames from this company. This time I was quite disappointed. Frames were portruding out of their case I Can Only Imagine they had been intentionally packaged this way from the start as these cases are spring loaded and just don't open on their own. Frames ended up being completely distorted. When sent detailed pictures to coolframes their response was to go into a local optician and try and get them to fix them. Really!! Go to the optician that I didn't buy my frames from and now ask them to fix coolframes poor quality control issues! They had also been shipped in an oversized box with no packing around them and we're flying around during the whole shipment process. After complaining a second time they said I could ship them back at my own expense yada yada... with other companies idea what they send me a prepaid shipping label in these cases and apologized profusely for their egregious mistake. I ended up very carefully straightening out the frames myself still not perfect and was very worried I might break them in the process. It will be the last time I order from coolframes.

I have bought many pairs of glasses in the past years from CoolFrames. the last ones I bought , the bi,focal was not right. The would NOT fix them . I am stuff with them , I can see but I have to work at it and keep moving them around . It is not right to say( if they aren't right that they will replace them) .Because they will NOT. Kathy Cole
