Incorrect prescription was put on both lenses even though I sent my doctor’s presc.

!!! STAY AWAY FROM COOLFRAMES.COM !!! I wished I could have given 0 star. BIG FRAUD COMPANY. I asked price adjustment with another autentic retailer, they are authorized retailer. I confirmed with Persol/ manager from coolframe refused and disconnected and later I see he canceled my order WITHOUT my confrimation and dedecuted my 20$. NOW i AM FIGHGTING BACK TO GEDT MY 20$. HE IS SO RUDE, NOT EVEN COMING TO CALLS.

This company is terrible!!!! They sent me the wrong pair of frames and when I did an exchange they charged me a 20% restocking fee on the first pair? They are very slow at shipping, even if I paid extra for expedited shipping they slowly take 4 to 5 days to ship the items out. The staff is slow and ignorant on how to properly run a business and the customer support is rude and disrespectful. Coolframes.com=disgrace to the human race!!!!

I find it very interesting that this company only responds to the GOOD reviews, never the ones that have anything critical to say. I was considering buying from CoolFrames, but this fact alone will weigh heavily in my decision.

Received a set of frames that were bent. Provided a photograph of the frames and was told via email that I needed to take them to a professional to have them fixed. I now have to pay money to another person to fix frames that I just paid for brand new. Will not do business here again.

They arent scratch resistant. The shipping is misleading and they are very rude.

Think twice. Frames took two weeks. They broke upon removing from the box the first time. Additionally, lenses were not tinted as ordered. Contacted customer service and found they were closed on the weekend. Contacted again on Monday and was told they could not help me until I provided photos. Provided photos of the broken frames. Still waiting for a response. Their website says 100% guarantee and defective would be replaced, but, so far, I’m only getting the run around.

Horrible!!!! Do Not buy from this place
