Paid for 2 day shipping, took 9 days to get them. Didn’t even get my money back for the 2 day shipping , the guy said it takes 4days to process still should have gotten them in 6 days. Never told me about the 4 day processing when I ordered them, or i would not have paid for 2 day shipping.

They don't compare to other companies who offer a risk-free trial with their hidden 20% re-stocking fee. Completely ridiculous.

Bought frames during the pandemic and was charged an exhorbatant restocking fee when none of the pairs fit correctly.

Did not receive package

Shipping took forever and showed up after 12 business days. That would've been ok if the glasses didnt show up damaged and with no paperwork other than a receipt of what was paid. No warranty paperwork, and no return information. Poor choice using coolframes, wont be using again

The picture on the website did not match the description of the glasses causing me to receive the wrong pair. When I called to explain my issue they would not give me a label to exchange or even any guarantee that they would exchange. I just was rudely told to put them in a box with a note and they would do their best. I spent a lot of money on these frames to just put them in a box and have someone do their best. I asked if their was way to track the actual return and the lady then told me no we are here to steal your Money. So this company wants your money before you buy something in order to ship it...but won’t even give you a return label or return number to exchange. I was so frustrated by the end of the call I asked how I just receive my money back and the lady rudely told me I can follow the same process but the note needs to say return and then their will be a 25-30% restocking fee. Not to mention I paid for two day shipping and they don’t tell you the glasses aren’t in stock and they have to order them first so I paid for two days and waited over a week! I’m very upset with their customer service.

The glasses came missing screws and all wobbly and not put together properly. I almost feel like they’re 75% fake and need to be checked however with this corona virus pandemic going on there is nothing I can do. The glasses are missing a stopper on one screw and the screws aren’t tight which makes the frame move by the lens on each screw

Horrible quality control! Customer service is almost as bad! Highly recommend buying elsewhere! You’ve lost my business and my many hundreds, maybe thousands I’ve spent with you!
