DO NOT TRUST COOLFRAMES.COM. Unprofessional and unreliable. This company took 2 months to get my order sent and they never bothered to say why or give updates even after I politely asked several times. I travel for work so this became a logistical nightmare. They are totally unapologetic about it. I used them a few years back with great success, but something happened to this company. Either sold or under new management. I cant even get ahold of a manager to try and get my purchase 2 months out. Their genius response to my situation is to repeat the (undisclosed) policy that caused part of the problem.

Late shipping

I used CoolFrames.co.uk thinking it was a UK site. Even though the prices are in £pounds it is a US site. I paid £49 for frames, paid £30+ for the super fast shipping only to find out that the package was held by customs and had to pay £31 in Vat and admin charges. A misleading site, buyers beware!

Beware - I got stung a customs charge for this item despite the fact they are supposed to use UPS - however, somehow they are in the hands of Royal Mail and I've now got to pay an additional £26 for the glasses. Angry is a bit of an understatement.

Unfortunately, the company sent me fake Raybans. Having at least a dozen pair of Ray Bans, I could immediately tell they were fake by the packaging and yet, the company still proceeded to charge me the 20% restocking fee. Don’t buy from this company, Do your homework first before you spend more than $20!
