We measured exactly per your guidelines and the glasses are too small. I think you should let people to know actual size is smaller and to order the next size up

Nice frames but seem bent and very wide.

Glasses are exactly what I ordered and I'm very happy with them. Fulfillment time was disappointing, it took over 3 weeks. But I'm overall happy.

My order was delayed no one called to inform me I had to keep calling I couldn’t track my orders but they did give me free overnight shipping

Overall communication with shipping was great. It took a little bit of time but arrived. My only complaint is that my pair of frames look used, possibly a display pair at the store. I wasn’t to found by it, especially the price I paid for my Prada glasses.

I waited several weeks for my order and when it was finally shipped it was signed by a person who I do not know and now I have to wait until Coolframes disputes it with the USPS before a new pair is shipped. When ordering items of this nature they should be shipped using UPS or some other carrier that will make sure they are delivered to the correct address.

I ordered the glasses on Dec 27, it is now Jan 26 and I still don’t have the glasses. I presume this is partly due to ordering over the festive season but it still seems to have taken an excessive amount of time
