I provided a two star only because I have not received my glasses yet?

The frame does not look the same as the image on the website. The one I chose shows a Cartier etched on the arm. The glasses I received doesn’t have the etching.

It took several days to initiate shipping and send the tracking info after the order was placed. Item finally arrived and was all good.

i’m still awaiting my order, it’s been over a month since i placed my order

When I called to make sure I would have my frames in time for my appointment they assured me that I would have them and that to pay the extra fee for 2 day shipping just to be on the safe side I paid the fee and my glasses did not show up on time and I had to make a extra trip out of town to my eye doctor because of this.

Frames are great but the glasses don’t fit They are progressive and are not lined up correctly When just walking I’m looking through the reading part The stems of the glasses don’t even fit I have to wear them half way up the side of my head. Very upset

I have been using this company for my Eyewear needs since 2017 and up until my last two purchases, I've had no complaints. In November I ordered a pair of glasses, the sizing was incorrect on their site(i even called to verify, being that I saw different sizing on another site and was told the information on coolframes site was correct) I returned the glasses---they do not provide return labels. Luckily, I was able to get a full refund. I then ordered another pair in December, received in January---they were the wrong color. I decided to keep them being that the color shipped was ok and I did not want to go through the return process again. But I will def be finding another company for my eyewear needs.

They shipped product to wrong address. They also sent the wrong product. They refused to send proper product and wanted to charge me $9.95 for processing of returning wrong item as well as pay for return shipping. Very dissatisfied!!!
