This company does not provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I ordered prescription sunglasses and when I received them the lenses rattled in the frames. I immediately returned the glasses and asked for a refund. They would take back the frames with me paying a minimum 10 to 20% restocking fee. Since the lenses are prescription they are non refundable. But the lenses were cut to small for the frame I want. They won’t budge or honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I’m calling my credit card company to dispute the charge.

After a week of paying and making my order, they told me that the verification department declined my order because the billing address doesn't match the credit card that i used. That doesn't make any sense because I never had any problems with any type of purchasing like this before. They had no issues charging my card as soon as they received the order, not only that, but they never reached back to me to let me know they couldn't proceed with the order. And by the way I haven't gotten a refund yet.

They sent the wrong size frames. Their own invoice says the correct size, but the ones sent don't match the invoice. Too much hassle to send them back.

I like coolframes glasses but very upset I waited over a month in a half for my stuff back order means you ran out and refused to stock up when you knew where getting low on product which put me the customer in a month and half wait hate this sucks. I should be able to get some kind of discount seriously.

I still haven't received my package.

Fake sunglasses

I have tried this site twice at different times choosing different frames. Both times I was let know within a couple days first the color wasnt available but another one would be so I went along with the color change. They take my money and I am waiting for my order. About a week or so later they email me that the frames are not available and pick something else. This site sucks in my opinion. I tried giving them a second chance thinking it would be different and I would rather order online during these strange times then go into a store. But they disappointed me again an wasted my time.

I received the wrong frames, I return frames back. I feel I am being punished by having to wait even longer for the correct frames.
