The most incompetent customer service I have every dealt cant get a hold of them by phone because its says they are close when it within the time they are open and over 30 email asking for the correct phone and address with the same response thank you contacting can we please have a photo of tje fame when I told them multiply time I have sent them back due to not what I order wrong size fram and color

i have not yet receive my porches because there been change in the delivery 3 times now the last update was 24 jul will be send from the manufacture. what i was wishing for is that coolframe should check with the manufacture before charging the customer . after it been approved by the manufacture then the customer should be charged

I ordered a replacement pair of frames and received the order in approximately 1 1/2 weeks only to find that the paperwork had my correct frames order but the frames were clearly a mans frames and the Item numbers were completely different. I sent an email to explain the issue and ask to have my correct frames expedited due to the error. It’s been 8 days now and no frames and no contact. This is my first purchase with cool frames and based on my experience will not be purchasing eyewear from this company again.

This is my first and last order for eye glasses online. Unfortunately I don’t like your return policy because you have to be responsible for the shipping and also 20% will be deducted from your refund.

Never got refunded for a purchase that I returned.

I would love to return the glasses but I paid $120 for them and they want me to pay another 20 to return them back I cannot afford to do that right now I never heard of such a thing very disappointed

The refund process is impossibly challenging. Prepare to call customer service 1,000 times to be refunded. Lousy service, lousy company. Very disappointed.
