Took way too long to receive a message stating my glasses could not be sent without paying additional charges - weeks went by and I was not informed. Very frustrating and disappointing

I was promised overnight delivery and did not receive it. I had to chase down my package which was 30 miles away. I did not receive a credit for the extra I paid for the delivery, even after contacting CoolFrames twice. Lucille

Very bad service. Customer service doesn’t care about us. As soon you order the item, they won’t help you. My item got delivered to wrong address and they don’t care and says it showed as delivered in our system.

Not happy with them charging me a fee to return. Very disappointed with the representative I spoke with, was asking kindly if there was a exception as I didn’t know they charged a fee to return if I wasn’t satisfied, considering our pandemic and finances we going through at these tuff times. I preceded to ask if I can speak with a supervisor or manager and she replies rudely stating she is the manger and there was no one else to ask or speak with. I agreed politely to the fee but will never order from cool frames again. I ended up ordering from Nordstrom and happy to know if I’m not satisfied I can return them with no problem

Glasses arrived defective and were only returnable at my (the consumer’s) expense. Nice individuals in customer service, though horrible customer service policies. Will NOT be a returning customer.

I ordered a silhouette frame but i didn’t have the idea that i can’t have it frame from other store. I bought it very expensive and I can’t have it done because I received without a lens. Nobody ever dare to tell me that I can’t do it outside of cool frame. I am very disappointed 😡

SCAMMM China company! Won’t ship your glasses or take any calls! Emailed them 15 times and not once have I got a respond back! It’s been 2 weeks and nothing but they still have my $100! Can’t even get a refund! Do NOT use them!

Very poor 2 month delivery of in stock frames, not clear was a US company when purchasing (.co.uk site) had to pay heavy handling fee and VAT. Which made the glasses more expensive than buying in a high end retail store. Poor Customer Service. In summary if you are outside the US don't use.
