Don't believe the bad reviews. Just make sure you send the correct prescription. From ordering to delivery I had them within a week. Cool Frames had as very quick response to my problem. They replaced the frames and inserted my lenses. I received shipping information and the glasses back in 5 days. Very nice people to work with. Also the frames I selected were $200 less then they were in my Ophthalmologist office.
