Shipping took absolutely forever, communication was terrible and now they want to charge me some bogus restocking fee. Definitely will not be buying from them again.

They have a restocking charge of 20%!!! I ordered a few pairs and kept one. I asked for a break on the restocking charge which they agreed to in an email to me and then reneged. Beware!

They sold me the wrong size glasses, then tried to tell me that Cartier made a typo one the frame??? Yeah ok lol, Im glad my frames were authentic, but customer service wasn't the best, I didn't get the overnight shipping I paid for. And they didn't fill out my Certificate of Authenticity nor stamp it like you are supposed to for all Cartier products. They get one star because I was honestly expecting to get a fake pair of glasses after reading their reviews. They are definitely a Cartier authorized dealer, but a poor one at that!!

Customer Approval Required according to my account. Ok, let's contact them. NO RESPONSE! I have tried numerous times ringing the numbers listed on the website, sent several mails and received no reply. Money taken from my account and still no glasses.

Glasses started cracking on day 2 tried to get them to fix my problem without losing my vision emailed with no response back very disappointed in this company would not recommend them just wanted new lenses in replace of my cracked ones...

It's been more than a month and my order is still not here. I opted and paid a top up for FedEx express delivery and they still used the slow regular shipper. I don't even know if RR Donelley is legit!

Hello! This was my worst experience ever. I ordered a pair of glasses and lenses using my vision prescription. I thought that i choose the thinnest lenses because i glasses frame doesnt have metal or plastic around. When i got them the lenses qas vey thick and they told me that i didnt choose the correct one. After i asked them if they have the thinnest one and they confirm this. To be 100% sure that is all correct i visited in my city an optician that shown me how it is looking. And after i ordered again but the correct one. I was waiting long time to get them and finally i received them wigh the same thickest lenses that was the first time. I complained them and they wrote that my frame is not suitable with the frame and they are non-refundable. I spent over $300 for what? I couldnt upload all photos, but this is the last one.

I felt a little misguided in this purchase. I received my frames and they just didn’t fit my face right. When I went to return it, the site says “all you have to do is pay 9.95 for the shipping fee” then all the way on the bottom it says, “depending on the price of your frames, you will have to pay a restocking fee.....but it doesn’t tell you how much percentage or what amount for the glasses. This site is sketchy in how the terms are written out. I’ve never heard of a, “oh by the way, there’s a restocking fee all the way on the bottom of the paragraph. Won’t be purchasing from here ever again.
